The Wagon Wheel Method

Find your Center. Live your Purpose.

Imagine the covered wagons of the 1800s, carrying families toward new dreams and possibilities. Their journey depended on the soundness of their wagon, especially the strength and stability of their wheels. A balanced wheel “runs true” from its center. Without this balance, progress slows or stops.

The Wagon Wheel Method is a metaphor for living from our center. When we are balanced within ourselves, life flows with greater ease. In difficult times, returning to our center gives us the strength to move forward, even if it’s one step at a time. By working with our own personal Wheel, we shift from habitual reactions to intentional choices, unlocking the power of an integrated, authentic self.

Integrating Our Parts

A Journey to Wholeness

The Wagon Wheel Method is both a tool for building awareness, and a practice for personal growth and transformation.

It is a Journey to Wholeness, where our past hurts and lost parts of ourselves are integrated into a central loving self who is always guiding the way to a more empowered, authentic life experience.

By learning to work with your own Wheel, you move from reaction to intention, making choices that align with your values and highest potential.

The Wagon Wheel Journey: A Six-Week Virtual Course

Course Breakdown

In these challenging times, it is common to feel lost and alone, uncertain or incapable of moving forward. We are not meant to be alone on the journey. I have created this small group format to build a container of connection with others to witness and support each other’s travels. A “wagon train of fellow pioneers” looking to find new territory on which to build a life of purpose and fulfillment.

In this intimate online learning community, you will go through the parts of the Wheel and how to apply them. Each session will include personal sharing and questions, a teaching with a guided practice, and homework to integrate what you are learning. Each session runs for two hours.
